
The congestion regarding inbound and outbound SMS delivery has been resolved. We are continuing to monitor, at this time all services appear to be restored. Please contact the support at support@usaphone.com if you continue to experience issues in ConnectUC or with other services like the web portal.
We have implemented several fixes and restored services across the platform. There continues to be congestion for sending and receiving SMS messages, and we are currently focused on easing the congestion.
We have identified the root cause and are focused on service recovery. More updates to come as soon as our investigation and remediation efforts continue.
We have made headway in our investigation and work is continuing to restore API services. Another update will be sent out in the next 3-60 minutes.
We are aware of Impairments impacting the our API and associated services that consume that API like ConnectUC. Engineering is investigating.
